  • Navigating Parental Alienation

Targeted parents, legal and mental health professionals, and researchers share firsthand insight into parental alienation — how it unfolds in families, in the court system, and how it affects mental health, identity, and relationships.

What happened after recording our first podcast...

It all came flooding back to me: how much I loved talking to people about important issues! I had had an enjoyable and respected career as a radio and TV journalist until my marriage fell apart and alienation set in.

I lost so much during my parental alienation journey. So doing this podcast is highly fulfilling, as I reclaim my passion and expertise for journalism while raising awareness about a devastating issue that has been ignored for too long.

As you listen to my podcast, think of who you could share it with, and send me any suggestions and/or questions. I want to help alienated or "targeted" parents feel less alone, and I want legal and mental health professionals to fully understand what it means to be alienated from one’s child/ren.
