Are you a loving and involved parent dealing with the loss of contact with your child or children?
Were you purposely cut-off from your child by a vengeful and/or abusive other parent (or parental influence)?
If that sounds like your experience, I’m glad you landed on this website. Because alienation is a horrific experience; and it’s extremely damaging and dangerous to navigate alone.
Why damaging? When you don’t know what you’re dealing with and you don’t understand how parental alienation works, it is all too easy to make completely understandable mistakes and contribute to the alienation of your
child/ren.
Why dangerous? Parental Alienation is one of the worst things a parent can go through. It is commonly understood that losing a child is beyond painful.
However, losing a child to alienation is traumatizing because you suffer the pain of loss with little, if any, compassion, understanding and support from others.
It becomes a very dangerous situation for you and your child/ren, and threatens not only your relationships but also your mental and physical health, and even your lives.
People don’t generally know or understand alienation.
That must change!
I have survived the alienation of my children, and I am determined to help you do the same.

Navigating Parental Alienation
If you know or suspect that your children are being alienated from you, YOU ARE NOT ALONE! On our podcast we hear from parents about their experiences with PA, to help shed light on what may be going on in your situation. And we discuss what works, what doesn’t, and why, with mental health clinicians, legal professionals, researchers and other experts.
I am on a mission to raise public awareness about Parental Alienation. This podcast is a part of that effort. So please listen, leave a comment, or send a suggestion. And please share it with someone who might need this. Together, let’s navigate and end Parental Alienation!
